We look at where clarity is most needed — at the individual, team, or organisational level. The work is designed around that moment, rather than forcing everything into a single model.
What does a typical engagement look like in practice?
Engagements are structured around real decisions and moments of change, with a clear cadence and purpose. The work is designed to create momentum over a defined period, not ongoing dependency.
How long do engagements usually last?
Most executive coaching engagements run three to six months.
Workshops are typically standalone or part of a short series, and advisory engagements are often time-bound projects, commonly around three months, depending on scope.
How do you work with confidentiality?
Confidentiality is central to the work. Coaching conversations remain private, and advisory or organisational work is handled with clear agreements around boundaries, stakeholders, and information sharing.
Do you work virtually, in person, or both?
Both. I work virtually across regions and time zones, and in person where it meaningfully supports the work — particularly for workshops and leadership sessions.
